Nina has built her career at the intersection of sports, media, and entertainment, giving her a rare 360° view of how the entire sports ecosystem works. Over the past 30 years, she’s held roles with some of the industry’s most recognizable organizations—including ESPN, MSG, the USTA, MLB, the NBA, the XFL, the New York Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, Westchester Knicks, and even the Radio City Rockettes.
Along the way, Nina has developed deep expertise across nearly every corner of marketing: from events, licensing, and partnerships to promotions, advertising, content, sports betting, and fully integrated campaigns.
Her time at ESPN, during a period of explosive growth, was especially defining. She started out driving the growth of brand extensions and promotional campaigns for sports ranging from golf and tennis to figure skating, horse racing, bowling, and even the National Spelling Bee. She later took on a newly created role leading the repositioning of ESPN Radio and launching its digital business.
Nina also spearheaded ESPN The Weekend, a one-of-a-kind fan experience at Walt Disney World. Over four days, she and her team brought together live broadcasts, in-park shows, interactive fan zones, and appearances from more than 40 athletes across major sports. The event not only boosted attendance and fan engagement but also strengthened ESPN’s relationships with leagues, partners, and fans alike.
Today, Nina brings her unmatched mix of big-picture strategy and hands-on execution to everything she does, with a proven ability to deliver results across sports, media, and entertainment.
